The perma STAR LC (Lubricant Cartridge) is the exchangeable heart of the perma STAR VARIO, STAR CONTROL, and STAR DRIVE automatic lubrication systems. These high-quality transparent canisters are designed to deliver a precise, consistent supply of grease or oil to your machinery bearings, motors, and chains. Because the system is fully automated, it eliminates the “peak and valley” lubrication levels associated with manual greasing, leading to significantly longer equipment life.

The STAR LC is available in four distinct sizes: 60cc, 120cc, 250cc, and 500cc. This range of capacities allows maintenance teams to tailor the lubrication volume to the specific needs of each machine, from small electric motors to heavy-duty industrial fans. The transparent housing provides an immediate visual check of the remaining lubricant level, while the integrated pressure-handling design ensures a leak-free connection to the drive unit.

Each LC unit comes pre-filled with high-performance perma lubricants or can be ordered with specialized greases for the food industry, high-temperature environments, or heavy-load applications. When the cartridge is empty, it is simply swapped for a new one, ensuring that zero contaminants enter the lubrication point during the exchange.
