Engineered for space-saving installation on walls or directly onto IBC containers, this plug-and-play unit consolidates oil storage connection, active filtration, and clean dispensing into a single system. It utilizes a pneumatic air piston pump to move fluid smoothly, routing lubricants directly through an active 10 micron standard hydraulic filter cartridge to remove wear particles before they reach critical machinery.
The system features an enclosed configuration that keeps lubricants isolated from the ambient environment to block dirt and moisture ingress. Capable of handling a broad viscosity range up to 680 cSt, it supports a wide variety of industrial fluids including hydraulic, gearbox, and engine oils. It functions seamlessly with 20 liter, 50 liter, and 200 liter standard steel drums, as well as 1000 liter IBC containers, making it highly adaptable for maintenance workshops, manufacturing floors, and centralized lube rooms.
