The perma STAR VARIO LONG RANGE is the cutting-edge evolution of automatic lubrication, integrated with LoRa® wireless technology. Designed for “Industry 4.0” environments, this system allows maintenance teams to monitor and control up to 2,000 lubrication points remotely through a single gateway. With a wireless range of up to 2 km (1.2 miles), it is the ultimate solution for large plants, mines, or facilities where manual inspections are time-consuming or hazardous.
The “Long Range” capability refers to its advanced LoRaWAN connectivity. Via the perma CONNECT app, you can receive hourly status updates, check grease levels, and even change discharge settings or trigger purge cycles from your workstation. This eliminates the need for physical “check rounds” in dangerous zones, significantly improving operator safety and reducing labor costs.
Despite its high-tech communication, it remains a powerhouse for delivery. It provides a consistent pressure build-up of 7.5 bar, supporting remote mounting up to 5 meters. Compatible with all LC cartridges (60cc to 500cc), the STAR VARIO LONG RANGE combines the mechanical precision of the Vario drive with the power of long-distance digital management.
