The AC104 Series is an industrial, general-purpose accelerometer designed to deliver high-reliability data within plant-wide condition monitoring programs. Featuring a standard 100 mV/g sensitivity and a robust plus/minus 80 g dynamic range, it is highly optimized for tracking early-stage machinery defects such as rolling element bearing wear, imbalance, and misalignment across motors, pumps, and fans. The internal PZT ceramic sensing element uses a shear-mode structure housed entirely inside a hermetically welded 316L stainless steel casing, rendering it fully immune to heavy mechanical shock, electromagnetic interference, and fluid ingress. Engineered for versatile installation methods, the AC104 can be specified with a side-exit 2-pin MIL-C-5015 connector (AC104-1A) or as a permanently mounted asset using various rugged integral cabling options.
