The MX102 Fiberglass MAXX Box is a high-capacity solution for centralizing vibration sensor signals in harsh industrial environments. This enclosure allows you to terminate the wiring of up to 12 single-axis accelerometers or velocity sensors into a single protected hub. By bringing these signals to one location, maintenance teams can collect data from multiple machines quickly and safely using portable analyzers plugged into the internal BNC ports.
The fiberglass reinforced polyester construction is designed for maximum durability. It is naturally resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and hose-directed fluids, earning it a NEMA 4X (IP66) rating. Inside, the box features organized terminal blocks with dedicated inputs for signal, common, and shield wires. For superior noise reduction, the shield drain wires are earth-grounded via an external ground stud. The box also includes a reliable snap latch, ensuring the sensitive internal components stay sealed from dust and moisture when not in use.
