The Wi-care™ 200 Accessories Kit is an all-inclusive hardware expansion package designed to unlock the multi-channel diagnostic capabilities of your Wi-care™ 200 portable measurement unit. Engineered to transition your asset monitoring from single-point collection to simultaneous multi-axis monitoring, this kit significantly increases data collection efficiency while providing the correlated phase data needed to solve complex machinery tracking issues.
The core of the kit includes four premium I-care vibration sensors that capture high-resolution dynamic vibration alongside real-time temperature data. For rapid field deployment, the sensors are paired with four heavy-duty mounting magnets, enabling quick and secure attachment to ferrous bearing housings. Signal routing is handled by four 5-meter Polyurethane (PUR) cables, complemented by an additional four 5-meter PUR extension cables, granting up to 10 meters of total reach per channel to comfortably safely navigate large machine footprints. Furthermore, the inclusion of a high-precision infrared phototachometer with a 3-meter extension cable allows for simultaneous rotational speed tracking and precise cross-channel phase analysis.
