Lube-care 400-ILS Automatic Grease Pump
Lube-care 400-ILS is a game changing compact lubrication pump for oil and grease, also suitable for greases containing solid lubricants which works together with the Wi-care 240 units for FULL AUTOMATIC bearing lubrication purposes.

The Wi-care 240 performs tree tasks in the lube-care solution:
- Monitoring of the low and high frequency vibration levels of the asset
- Send/Receive lubrication signals to/from the lubrication pumps
- Cloud connectivity for data storage and analysis
The pump remains idle until it receives a signal and then acts accordingly. The performed task results in a certain feedback signal from the pump and is send back to the Wi-care. This feedback signal contains all necessary information (backpressure, cartridge level, grease outlets, error log,…). The communication is performed directly between the Wi-care 240 and the pump. The pump is equipped with a battery pack for self sufficient power supply and does not need external electricity.
