I-care Infrared Phototach
The I-care Infrared Phototach is a self-contained, reflective sensor. The I-care tacho is relatively immune to ambient light sources, making it ideal for outdoor use in areas where reflected light and glare cause conventional tachometers to malfunction. It provides direct readings up to 20,000 RPM at distances up to three feet. Distances may vary with RPM. The tach small effective beam makes it a good choice for sensing relatively small objects, while its visible red light makes it extremely easy to align.
The I-care IR tacho is intended to be used with the Wi-care wireless systems or even an AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer.
The I-care tachometer can be powered directly from the Wi-care or an AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer with the cable provided in the package.
The 404B Infrared tach can only be connected directly to the Wi-care system or AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer via the required tach cable purchased from
I-care.
