The Des-Case Portable Filtration Unit provides an efficient, plug-and-play startup for critical oil maintenance without the need for system shutdown. Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, the unit is durable enough for harsh industrial environments while remaining compact for use in tight spaces. It features a versatile transfer valve that allows technicians to switch seamlessly between filtering oil and simply transporting it. The unit is equipped with a steel gear pump, a pressure gauge, and sampling points to monitor oil condition during the process.

Designed for precision and safety, the PFU includes an automatic delta P switch and a pressure differential switch to ensure reliable operation. The High Viscosity model is particularly notable for its Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), which offers precise control over flow and speed, making it suitable for oils up to 1,500 cSt. Standard features include 2-meter hydraulic hoses with quick-connect fittings and an OLU1A filter housing. This unit is an essential tool for decontaminating existing systems, flushing repaired systems, and pre-filtering new oil during top-offs.
